Direct software purchases

These terms apply to SONAVECT purchases made directly from HSS Audio at hssaudio.com. SONAVECT is a digital software download; no physical item is shipped. The price is $19 USD, plus any applicable tax shown before payment. Review the product requirements and setup information before purchasing.

All sales final

All direct software sales are final. We do not offer voluntary refunds, returns, or exchanges, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law. This policy does not limit consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, including any applicable rights relating to defective or misdescribed digital content.

Delivery and support

After payment is confirmed, download instructions are provided with your order. If you create an account, available downloads can also be accessed from My account. If a download is missing, payment is duplicated, or the software does not work as described, contact support@hssaudio.com with your order number so we can investigate and provide any remedy required by law. Do not send full card details or passwords.

App Store purchases

Purchases made through Apple are handled separately under Apple’s purchase and refund processes. A website account does not link or transfer an App Store purchase.
